Hispanic Americans during the civil rights movement were a non violent group. Cesar Chavez was one of the most influential speeches during the civil rights. He fought for what he believed in. Another group is the The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC). The LULAC is the oldest Hispanic organization in the United States. The LULAC helps Hispanics by getting them jobs, housing, food, civil rights and etc. The last group is The United Farm Workers Organizing Commitee (UFWOC). The UFWOC made it so that Mexican-Americans would get better pay and better working conditions while working in America.
